I have a problem with word document.
When i go back to edit a section the letters seems to be over written rather than replaced.
It used to work fine but I am wondering if I have down loaded a virus stopping me doing this.

Hi Tom,
The first thing to check is that the "insert" key on your pc has been correctly selected.
This will determine if letters are inserted or over written.
Just click it and try.

Also make sure you are running a good anti virus software just in case.
